When Kathryn Conradson stepped into her first principalship at Reeltown Elementary School, she brought with her four degrees from Auburn's College of Education and a passion for educational leadership. But she also gained something equally important — a trusted mentor through Alabama's New Principal Mentoring Program, co-created by Auburn College of Education Professor Ellen Hahn.
