Short Bio

Crystal Smith is an experienced outreach coordinator with the College of Education’s Department of Special Education, Rehabilitation, and Counseling. She holds a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Kentucky and brings over 20 years of expertise in counseling youth and adults with disabilities. Crystal is deeply committed to empowering individuals with disabilities by bridging the gap between families and essential services. She aims to improve developmental outcomes for children with disabilities by connecting families with critical resources and support.
