Short Bio

Clay Osburne has spent more than 27 years in the not‑for‑profit sector, bringing strategic vision and a strong commitment to mission‑driven work. He currently serves as Vice President of Mobilization for Solving the World’s Greatest Problems and previously held senior roles with National Christian Foundation Orlando and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida. Clay began his career in education after earning degrees from Auburn University and the University of West Georgia, serving 13 years as a teacher, coach, athletic director, and principal in Georgia and Alabama. His transition into nonprofit leadership included roles with the Scott Dawson Evangelistic Association and Orlando Health Foundation, where he advanced philanthropy and organizational growth.  Clay also invests in developing leaders as an instructor with the Edyth Bush Institute. He and his wife, Emily, have three children and are active members of First Baptist Orlando. He enjoys travel, the beach, Auburn athletics, and pursuing his goal of playing America’s top 100 public golf courses.
