Short Bio

Jessica Allen, M.Ed. is the Academic Instruction Coordinator for the EAGLES Program at Auburn University. Allen, a former special education teacher at Auburn High School where she collaborated daily with staff on student accommodations in the classroom. Allen earned her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies and her Master's degree of the Department of Special Education, Rehabilitation, and Counseling at Auburn University, she now uses her experience and training in serving young adults with disabilities to work collaboratively with students and University staff to promote an inclusive educational experience for all. Allen strongly believes that a collaborative approach can help to promote a positive and supportive environment for growth.
