Engagement
My outreach efforts are focused on facilitating continuous improvement in public schools. Specific examples include, my collaboration with Dr. Sean Forbes on school- and community-based projects at O Grows and collaboration with Dr. Hannah Baggett regarding youth participatory action research in alternative schools and supporting school personnel in reimaging their school discipline policies and procedures. She and I also serve as members of the Alabama Youth Justice Coalition.
