Engagement
The Development of a Mental Wellness Program for local first responders. This work began in 2018 and consistently shown success in decreasing the stigma of mental health and increasing health and well being. The mission of the outreach is to decrease stress and trauma in first responders and provide them with a safe environment such as counseling to discuss their mental health concerns. This year I have been contacted by various police departments around the Nation inquiring of the program and how to implement in their jurisdictions.
