- Stop by the LRC Information Desk in Suite 1221 in the College of Education building. Provide equipment type needed, date needed, and how long equipment needed.
- Faculty provide authorization for students to check out equipment. A faculty member should notify LRC staff and provide the following information:
- Course number
- Equipment needed
- Circulation time (one-day, three-day, week, etc.)
- When students need equipment (Might be specific dates; “before mid-term”; last half of term, etc.
- For regularly scheduled courses (those meeting every class session in a computer lab), department schedulers will use AdAstra to schedule a computer lab. AdAstra will have computer lab availability information.
- For other computer lab scheduling requests such as for Camp War Eagle, SOS registration, or training, send a request to Education Room Requests.
