  • Stop by the LRC Information Desk in Suite 1221 in the College of Education building. Provide equipment type needed, date needed, and how long equipment needed.

  • Faculty provide authorization for students to check out equipment. A faculty member should notify LRC staff and provide the following information:
    • Course number
    • Equipment needed
    • Circulation time (one-day, three-day, week, etc.)
    • When students need equipment (Might be specific dates; “before mid-term”; last half of term, etc.

  • For regularly scheduled courses (those meeting every class session in a computer lab), department schedulers will use AdAstra to schedule a computer lab. AdAstra will have computer lab availability information.
  • For other computer lab scheduling requests such as for Camp War Eagle, SOS registration, or training, send a request to Education Room Requests.
