Tk20 Introduction

What is Tk20?

Tk20 HigherEducation is a comprehensive web-based tool featuring:

  •  an ADVISING component that allows faculty and staff easy access to advisees’ transcripts, test data, and program checklists as well as information about transition points if applicable

  •  a FIELD EXPERIENCE component that tracks students’ clinical experiences, and

  •  an ASSESSMENT component that simplifies the collection of key assessment data.

In addition, Tk20 has the potential to manage online applications and surveys.

How can I use Tk20?

Faculty and students can access Tk20 from the AU Access portal. Check for the Tk20 channel under the tigeri, Employee Services or Faculty Services tab. Click on the Tk20 logo, and you will be logged in to Tk20 automatically.

Where do I get assistance in using Tk20?

The Learning Resources Center (LRC) technology support office is happy to help you with your Tk20 questions. Email us at lrctech@auburn.edu, or stop by for in-person support. Faculty interested in support for advising should also contact lrctech@auburn.edu. Faculty desiring more information on key assessments in Tk20 should contact Dr. Leonard Lock, Coordinator of Assessment, or Asim Ali.
