The Keystone Connection
A mentoring program to serve young alumni
Need help finding your way around town?
Struggling with a problem you don't know how to solve?
Need someone to give you some advice?
The Keystone Connection is a program designed to offer young alumni the opportunity to interact with experienced alumni. In the program, Alumni Mentors offer support to new alumni as they encounter the challenges the first year in a new career might bring. Alumni Mentors are available to answer any questions or concerns new alumni might have.
In the Keystone Connection, you may either choose to have a mentor from your same geographical area or a mentor in your specific major or, if possible, both. If you are beginning your career in an unfamiliar area, you might want to have someone from the same area take you around and introduce you to the town. If you will be returning to your hometown to begin your career, then you might choose someone with the same major as you in order to gain fresh new ideas and suggestions.
Being a member of the Keystone Connections has many benefits for new alumni. You have the chance to have an experienced alum from your alma mater help you with anything you need. The Alumni Mentors are available to be a resource, a tour guide, a confidant or even a friend. The Keystone Connection is the answer to many of the problems and worries new alumni may experience in their new professional lives.
