Second, faculty will make one of three recommendations to the Graduate School concerning your admission to the department: (a) unconditional admission; (b) conditional admission, good for one semester; or (c) denial of application. Major guidelines used in making these recommendations are based on past performance and achievement, scholarship potential, professionalism, and enrollment availability.

Third, the Graduate School will notify applicants of the action taken on his or her request for admission to Graduate Studies. If admitted, you will receive a letter from the Dean of the Graduate School containing your PIN and temporary password. Before you will be permitted to register, however, you will also need to submit a completed Medical Form to the Auburn University Medical Clinic (this form is waived for distance education students).
