The Department of Educational Foundations, Leadership, and Technology offers a wide variety of programs to prepare individuals engaged in educational advancement.  Graduates will have demonstrated the ability to conduct research in their respective fields, contribute to the workforce or scholarly community, and / or develop and attain leadership responsibilities and positions.
